Workforce Expertise Behind the Partnership

Guided Niche is led by Natalie Head, a workforce strategist, executive leader, and learning professional with more than 20 years of experience in human resources, operations, safety, organizational development, and workforce training—as well as nearly a decade of experience supporting grant-connected training initiatives.
Natalie holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership, master’s degrees in Human Resources Training & Development and Human Resources Management, and graduate certificates in Adult Education, Change Management, Executive Leadership, and Conflict Management & Resolution. This combination of educational expertise and real-world operational leadership allows Guided Niche to build training that is practical, measurable, and designed around how adults actually learn.

Successful workforce grant projects depend on three aligned partners. The employer defines the business need and commits the necessary people and resources; the college serves as the eligible applicant and grant administrator; and Guided Niche connects strategy, curriculum, and execution.
